Deleting a scheduled backup copy

You can delete a backup copy by following these steps:

1. Click Status in the main screen in .

2. In the Maintenance section, click Settings.

3. Select the backup copy you want to delete and click Delete.

Note: Bear in mind that when you delete a backup copy from the list it is the copy settings that will be deleted, not the compressed files that contain the copied documents. If you want to delete those files you will have to do it manually. Also bear in mind that you cannot delete default backup copies.
